You'll take on 10 unique exercise stations, each crafted to push a different edge of performance. Between every station, an 800-metre run keeps your engine firing.

Because resilience starts young*:

Our kids' race is designed to move, excite, and empower. Complete 20 each of burpees, farmer's carries, lunges, squats, and wall ball, plus a 200-metre run between each station. It's built for fun, challenge, and confidence.

*Minimum entry age for children in 8 years old.
